Returns and refunds

For online orders, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. To exercise this right, email marcellosupplier@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Please send returns to: Marcello Sports, 15B Beveridge Lane, Ellistown, Coalville, LE67 1FB, United Kingdom. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

You may unpack and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Original packaging does not have to remain unopened. We may make a deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For a change-of-mind cancellation, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. We will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option (if you paid for delivery). We will make the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may wait until then to refund. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, email us with your order number and details. Your statutory rights are unaffected by the change-of-mind process above. Where the law requires us to cover the return cost, we will arrange or reimburse it.
