Products and orders

We aim to describe our products accurately. Product availability, specifications and prices may change before an order is placed. Please review your basket and delivery details before paying. The total price and any delivery charge are shown at checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order after you have paid, we will contact you and refund the affected item.

Delivery

We deliver to eligible UK addresses shown at checkout. Delivery methods, charges and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your statutory rights if delivery is late or goods do not arrive are unaffected. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession of them.

Cancellations, returns and faults

Our Refund Policy explains your 14-day online cancellation right, how to return goods, refund timing and return costs. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms or our policies removes those rights.
